The reasons for these requests vary: sometimes it's because a store did not complete a placed order, failed to deliver promised pre-orders, or engaged in some other activity that frustrated the customer. In some cases, we've even observed store owners attempting to get their direct competitors removed from our listings.
In case your concern is an issue with the listing, where we show data differently from the store's website, please report it as an error directly on the product page in question, and we will get it corrected. This can be the wrong price, stock status or product listed.
It is important to understand that we neither can nor will serve as moderators or enforcers in determining whether our listed stores are customer-friendly or fulfill orders promptly. Your negative experience with a particular store may be an isolated incident, while other customers may have had positive experiences with the same store. Additionally, it is crucial to be fair to the store owners, who may face numerous challenges beyond their control, such as supply chain issues, unexpected demand surges, or other logistical hurdles that can affect their ability to deliver products on time. Removing a store from our listings based on a single complaint could unjustly harm their reputation and business. We strive to maintain a balanced and impartial platform that reflects a wide range of customer experiences, allowing the market to naturally highlight the most reliable and customer-focused stores. This approach ensures fairness for both consumers and store owners, fostering a healthy and competitive marketplace.
Instead, as a customer, you have several options to voice your concerns and warn others. Writing a review on platforms such as TrustPilot, Google Reviews, and other similar sites can be an effective way to share your experience. We link to external review sites for each store, if available, to help potential customers make informed decisions. If a store has not fulfilled your order as expected, we recommend contacting the store directly to resolve the issue. Should that not resolve the matter, follow the usual escalation process: reach out to your bank or credit card provider to dispute the transaction and, if necessary, contact the relevant consumer protection authorities in the country where the store is based.

While we do not remove stores based on requests from users and customers, we do keep an eye on the listed stores. As described elsewhere, the stores pay us for the listing. If at any point payment stops, the store's company is closed, or the store themselves asks to be removed, the store is removed. We expect a store not operating in a customer-friendly way, will at some point lose enough revenue to not be able to pay our listing fee, and will thus be removed.
As a user on this site, you do also have the option of completely hiding single stores (or all stores from selected countries) from the listings. This also reflects on any new price alerts you create, the price drop list, and the cart optimizer. Unfortunately our newsletter still include offers from all stores, since it is created per country, and can not include user-specific filters. To exclude store from the listings, go to your profile.
